I understand the numbers, but I also care about the details behind them, the property operations, tenant behavior, capital needs, financing assumptions, market shifts, and risks that do not always show up cleanly in a spreadsheet.

My goal is simple: help owners, operators, investors, and entrepreneurs turn messy real estate information into clear, decision-ready analysis.
